First stock up about 10 iron fences and 1 wooden gate put all the fences around a brick house then put the wooden gate in between the two different sides. Then move Blinkhorn in. Now you should have somewhere around 90% complete. Go to the next floor and battle Grapspar (I don't really know his name, I completed this cheat a week ago) The hardest part is knocking the Evil Flames away. Hit them as they get Close. You will switch off from Monica to Max and then back again for a while. Once you when and return to Balance Valley go to the future. Once you leave and go to the station return to the future once more now you will finally have completed Balance Valley. Go and run around the Moon Crystal a few times opening those tiny treasure boxes. I got a Potato Pie and a witch parfait. The Serpant Slice also appeared in Dark Cloud the sword you need to beat the Viper.Get unlimited money and bait.First, you need to be to the point in your story where you're at the "Fish Monster Swamp" in the Rainbow Butterfly Woods. Talk to the Firbit with green clothes that's sitting on the log. He will give you the fishing pole. He will also give you some bait. When you use all the bait, he will give you 5 Mimi. Keep doing this until you have caught as many fish as you want. Then you go to sell each fish you caught for 50 Gilda. Go back and forth until you have as much money as you want.**WARNING** If you summon the Mardan and give him a Priscleen fish, he will release the Firbits from their spell, and you can't get the bait anymore. FishingWhen your trying to catch Mardan Karayan(whatevr) you have to use poisonous apples. If you don't have any have your wrench equipped and hit x at the apples near Master Utan. You will get 4. Use them to make things such as Cheese, Roasted Chicken and Improved Bombs.Easy level upTake one of your strong characters (i.e., most health, strongest weapon) but not the Ridepod, and go to a dungeon that you can get minimal damage done to you. Kill the enemy with your strong person, and immediately afterwards, press L3 to switch characters or R3 to switch to the Ridepod. This is especially useful when trying to build up the Ridepod since he loses fuel easily. Soon you will have defeated the Rainbow Butterfly!!!Corrine the hider.In order to find Corrine you need to have completed Polly's request (you get 20 free crunchy breads). Go to the house that, that stubborn jerk sent you on Polly's mission. You will find Corrine there. Corrine will want to play hide and go seek (You must be Monica for her to ask you). Accept. Corrine will hide in two different places. First is by Max's house, (Claire's house?) go inside she isn't hard to find, because she's in Claire's room in the daylight. Next she's in Max's room go in and find her at the bottom of the bed. Doing this is rewarding because when in your party Corrine always gets the angel side of the coin!!!Fish race statsStamina: Determines how fast your fish can go. It increases by 1 point when a fish is feed a Evy.Tenacity: Determines how badly the fish will try to win. It increases by 1 point when a fish is fed a Prickly. Endurance: How long your fish can stay at top speed. It increases by 1 point when a fish is fed a Petit Fish. Boost: How fast your fish will start off at the beginning of the race. It increases by 1 point when a fish is fed a Carrot. The gender of the fish will change Weight and Length: These stats do not affect how your fish will do in the race. Power: This does not affect races. It is used in the Battle Tank. Name-change ticketsUse a name-change ticket to change the name of any weapon. The trick is, for instance, take an extra wrench you have, change the name to Island King, and you have an extremely powerful sword for Monica very early in the game.Recruit ClaireClaire is located in Palm Brinks in front of the Coffee shop. She is afraid of monsters and getting dirty to you need to show her a very rare flower. That flower is located in the Rainbow Butterfly Wood in the bosses floor. Get the Scoop: Lafrescia Stem and give her the picture. She will then join you.Recruit DonnyDonny is in the underground channel entrance. He collects coins and is waiting for two specific coins to finish off his collection. If you give him a Dark Coin and an Indestructible Coin, he joins your party. To get these coins, you will need to have the Tailoring shop appear in the future in Sindain. They are 1500 Gilda a piece.Recruit FerdinandFerdinand is Maximillian's chef which means he is Max's house. To get him, you will need to give him a Roasted Chestnut. You can find Roasted Chestnuts in the Rainbow Butterfly Wood.Recruit GordonGordon lives in Palm Brinks in Maximillian's front yard. To get him to become an ally, you must give him Holy Water to help a tree.Recruit ParnGive him the gold paint and Parn'll join the party. To get the paint, you must first get the tailoring shop to appear in Sindain in the future. You can then go up to the golden eggs (in the future) and get the golden paint. You can also buy it in the tailoring shop (in the future) for 1000 gilda. Then give the gold paint to Parn and he makes Julia come alive and you aquire both Parn and Julia. |
