If you go into a bar, (especially one with a pool table), repeatedly shoot the place up, and save your game, when you go back to the bar, you won't be able to play pool anymore and the bartender and pedestrians will either duck or put their hands up. Not only will it be like that in the bar you shot up, it will be like that in EVERY bar you go into, no matter which city.
